Egypt launches digital initiative to train youth and expand tech industry

Egypt has unveiled the digital pioneers initiative, a large-scale programme aimed at equipping young professionals with cutting-edge technology skills, accelerating digital transformation, and strengthening the country’s position as a global tech exporter. The initiative will provide intensive training in high-demand fields, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, software development, and digital design.

The programme will combine technical expertise, language skills, and personal development, offering select candidates the opportunity to earn a master’s degree from top international universities.

According to the source, the project aims to train 5,000 professionals annually. The government will collaborate with leading local and international technology firms, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared for the evolving global job market.
